Inspection Fees
Home inspection fees are generally based on the size of the home.
Fee schedule for Single Family Homes:
- Up to 1500 sq. ft. -- $330
- 1501-2000 sq. ft. -- $375
- 2501-3000 sq. ft. -- $425
- 3001-3500 sq. ft. -- $475
- 3501-4000 sq. ft. -- $525
- Above 4000 sq. ft. -- Call
High-rise style condominiums (interior only inspection) start at $250 for up to 1000 sq. ft. Call for rates on larger condominiums.
Additional Detached Non-Living Space Structures:
- Without heating and plumbing - $30
- With Heating and/or plumbing - $75
Re-inspection fees start at $75 for the first hour. Travel expenses may be charged for a re-inspection depending on the location of the home.
Multiple inspections within 60 days are entitled to a 10% discount.
Pest and Dryrot
A pest and dryrot inspection and report is $200 for most homes. This service can be added at no cost to a standard home inspection.
